With our state-of-the art fitness facilities and work-out programs, our Trilo3y program is suited for every lifestyle, whether the classes take place in our onboard gym or out on the decks in the open air with inspiring views.

Trilo3y offers comprehensive onboard fitness amenities, designed to focus on stretching, strengthening and toning the body.

Our menu of classes include:

  • The HIIT - Maximum results in minimal time. This full-body, circuit-based, fat-burning workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods, gets and keeps the heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This endorphin-releasing programme program works every major muscle group and offers an invigorating, heart-pumping cardiovascular workout.
  • Pure-form Pilates - Uses a Pilates ring, foam-core roller, and weighted balls for various movements as established and recommended by Joseph Pilates.
  • Pure-form Yoga - Excellent for increasing levels of balance, concentration and focus. This class will benefit the beginner and the experienced yogi.

Our personal trainers can familiarise you with the fitness equipment and also offer private personal training sessions as well as complimentary and fee-based classes. Check out our fitness seminars during your cruise.

F45 (Exclusive to Pacific Encounter)

F45's iconic 45-minute functional training classes are available within the F45 Studio onboard.

Our onboard F45 studio has been purposefully replicated to provide the familiar look and feel of F45’s land-based studios.
